We have a free online portal that keeps all invoices, estimates, and inspection results online and accessible.
We can either have an account, a customer COD, which needs to be paid by credit card, or we accept third-party providers such as Holman, ARI, and other vendors. We also accept cash. Finally, we have an Easy Advantage program, which comes with a regular monthly payment, discounts, and priority service.
Mostly, we keep frequently used items in-house. If specialty items and/or filters are needed, we have dedicated partnerships with providers who can fill and return those orders in a couple of hours. Our parts runners can also grab items.
